Whoops, I did it for the first time

I just realized I forgot to tell you guys no new show for a week (time off stuff)!  I'll be back with Blitz Fit on Saturday (12/03/11) and a normal schedule.  I also have some changes planned for the way I do the weekly Reactioneer show, so stay tuned!
