Of course, the Rep. Lee Terry wants kudos for closing a bill push that wasn't looking good; the problem is I would instead give the benefits to all the other congress people who weren't lame enough to try passing this bill.
It's not truly a win for the consumers either way - as a commentor stated: the phone lines are spoofed anyway!
