The Reactioneer goes live (part 1)

Welcome to The Reactioneer!  I admit to not knowing what brought you here, but I'm glad you've at least read this far.

The Reactioneer at Blogger is the blog adjunct to The Reactioneer podcast; a brand new podcast featuring me (and only me for the time being) that will post on a weekly basis.  In the podcast you will find Let-it-tor to the Ed-it-tor (my review of listener mail and comments via this blog), PUN-ishment (where I read listener submitted puns related to the show or show topics), Last Time On... (updates to stories in previous episodes ), Wiki-whaaaat?! (I provide information from a recent issue and provide commentary), GAME OOOOOONNN!!! (videogame stories from around the web that caught my eye), Tech Dech (non-game related tech stories), KISS: Keep it Stupid, Stupid! (groan inducing stories of modern business practices), Blitz Fit (health & medical topics) and Totally Balls (funny/weird/interesting sports tidbits).

The Reactioneer podcast will also include a non-scheduled Spot On segment where I read and react live to top ten types of lists from sites such as GameFaqs, Cracked, etc.  In order to keep the segment fresh I will also switch up topics all with the idea of placing me on the spot and attempting to provide memories of things I'm interested in, such as videogames in order to start a dialogue with listeners.

The primary podcast is in a questionable state at this time.  I'm currently one of three hosts of the JumpOnMyCake podcast (found here: http://jumponmycake.tumblr.com/).  Today, as I mentioned in Episode 1 of Reactioneer, the future of the podcast is questionable but I would like to keep doing it.  If JomC does end, then The Reactioneer will be my personal continuation of the format we started building.  If JomC winds up continuing, then this podcast/blog will be where the ideas that get scrapped for time will appear, as well as certain supplemental sections.

I'm currently working on hosting and then iTunes submittal, so please stay tuned.  Feedback is welcome!
