I'm going to avoid all the snarkiness on this one (which is quite a change for me), but instead going straight to real thoughts. I've been thinking a lot lately about certain franchises that seem highly successful and busy enough in-store that delivery would really work for them. Those franchises that I had in mind are places such as Chipotle, Panera, Portillos, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc. Although places like BK and McDonald's are certainly doing well in business volume, their food time model seems so efficient that it's not really as conducive to a delivery option. Don't misunderstand me, I'm not saying it's bad or won't improve their bottom line; I just feel like there are other food places that I would like to see do this first.
