K.I.S.S. - Walmart Rolls Back Greeters

Consumerist again

And yet again they manage to articulate my thoughts for me.  I have nothing against greeters.  I actually prefer there to be more jobs than less.  That being said, this harkens back to an article by the Harvard Business Review and their review of the 'assistance' consumers need to finding products.  I don't think this move does anything for Walmart other than drop labor costs.  The 'extra help' definitely adds up to 'less help' overall.  Nice spin though, big W.
