First caught this on Kotaku!
A lot of people are probably ready to hit this news story hard as GameStop is a company that hasn't done much for its own brand lately, however I can' get past all the stories that seem to have come out this year of Nintendo working out exclusivity deals with other companies. I don't recall this being their way. A complete corporate restructure ongoing?
